Regular maintenance from our trusted and licensed professionals helps prevent unexpected breakdowns, extends the lifespan of your equipment, and can save you money by identifying and addressing minor issues before they become costly repairs. Additionally, a service agreement often includes priority service and discounts, giving you peace of mind knowing that expert help is just a phone call away when you need it most.
Heating
1. Replace air filters*
2. Check for carbon monoxide
3. Inspect heat exchanger through
front vestibule at burners
4. Check outlet gas pressure
5. Check/adjust fuel air mixture
6. Check monitors for voltage/amp draw
7. Test system safety devices
8. Inspect blower assembly
9. Check/calibrate thermostat operation
10. Check for gas leaks at furnace
11. Check temperature rise
12. Check flame and clean sensor as needed
13. Inspect/clean burners
14. Check combustion air
15. Check ignition system
16. Check electrical connections
17. Check flue pipe
18. Clean drain tap
19. Lubricate moving parts as needed
20. Cycle furnace to ensure correct operation
21. Give a written diagnostic report of findings
Cooling
1. Replace air filters*
2. Inspect/clean outdoor coil
3. Inspect visible refrigerant leaks
4. Check operating pressures and temperatures
5. Check for proper operating voltage/amp draw
6. Check start contractor
7. Test system safety devices
8. Lubricate moving parts as needed
9. Inspect blower assembly
10. Check blower speed
11. Inspect the wring and control circuit
12. Check/calibrate thermostat operation
13. Check coil temperature drop
14. Check electrical connections
15. Inspect indoor coil if possible
16. Check condensate drain pan and lines (if accessible)
17. Cycle equipment to check for proper operation
18. Give a written diagnostic report of findings
The total Heating & Cooling Service Plan is $248 per year plus a diagnostic fee. An individual heating or cooling plan costs $124 per year plus a diagnostic fee.
